Who are we?
This website belongs to Belg Media CommV (BELG), based in Ghent, Belgium. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

What data do we process?
We only process data that you give us yourself when you get in touch:
- your name and the name of your business;
- your email address and, if you choose, your phone number;
- the content of your message.
How does the contact form work?
When you send the contact form, your message comes straight to us. The form is processed by our hosting partner Netlify, Inc. (United States), which stores your submission and forwards it to us. Netlify only uses your data on our behalf and with the safeguards that European privacy rules require for transfers outside the EU. We delete submissions as soon as we no longer need them.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta) also applies.
Why do we use your data?
- to answer your question and schedule an intro meeting;
- to prepare a quote;
- to carry out our collaboration if you become a client.
We do this on the basis of your request to get in touch (pre-contractual measures) or the performance of a contract. We never use your data for other purposes and never sell it to third parties.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your question. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as the collaboration lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
Cookies and external services
We use Google Analytics to see anonymously how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed most. Google Analytics is only loaded after you give permission through the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no data is sent to Google Analytics.
You can always change your choice via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.
We do not use cookies for advertising. The fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which means Google receives technical data such as your IP address. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, send an email to info@belgmedia.be. We reply within one month.
